Energizers are small refreshment moments that give your attention and concentration a small boost by standing up and looking away from your screen for just a moment.
This is a mental and/or physical recovery moment, where we require you to take your attention away from your work for a moment and we recharge your mental and/or physical battery.
According to the Dutch Occupational Health and Safety Act, you are not allowed to do screen work for more than 2 consecutive hours without a break of at least 10 minutes.
WORK & MOVE software analyzes and offers you a timeout only if necessary.
If a pit stop is inconvenient, you can postpone the pit stop once.
After 10 minutes, that pit stop will be shown again.
With WORK & MOVE Coach it is not obligatory to follow a pit stop (you are always in control) after a few seconds of ‘working through’ the pit stop is ”ignored”, and automatically disappears from view.
During a later time during that day, week or month you will receive personal feedback about your work-movement rhythm.

When an Energizer, Concentration Booster or Timeout is displayed, the sound of a train whistle is played, when a Day Limit is displayed, the sound of a bell is played, and when a Stand Up or Sit Down window is displayed, the sound of a bird is played.
These sounds were chosen in collaboration with a foundation for the visually impaired and are designed to support the visually impaired.
The snooze times are also built into the software and cannot be changed.
However, there is an option to end the snooze time manually.

Basically, user data is stored securely in the user’s Windows profile for a limited (configurable) time and can only be accessed by the user.

Exchange of this data between the user profile and the central (company-specific) database server also takes place in a secure (encrypted) manner.
Access to the central data can only take place via WORK & MOVE Analytics.
