Are you working on your laptop, but there is no sit-stand desk nearby? Even then you get interventions at the moments when it is time to change your posture. By the way, the user can always continue working and “ignore” an intervention.
Hermens continued: “We see in scientific research that if we encourage our employees to be more active in addition to screen work, employees end up being more productive, delivering better quality work and going home with more energy at the end of their workday.”
